this software wants to re-encode the video im trying to cut if all you want to do is split your video to clips ive tryed most
Boilsoft Video Splitter seems to be the best at least for me anyway

KK, I am a fan of yours, however this patch did not work. I was given the error message "patching failed" after selecting the file be patched. Any ideas?
